1954

Puebla Real Estate is born

The Puebla Inmobiliaria firm was born by Josefina and Baltazar Puebla. Its first office took place on Avenida Juan B. Justo No. 6562, (Buenos Aires neighborhood of Floresta), which was, in turn, the headquarters of the family home.

1965

Progressive growth

Over time, Puebla Inmobiliaria grew progressively. 
It moved to the central area of ​​Capital Federal, setting up its offices at 2480 Bartolomé Miter Street (Once),

1977

Reference real estate agency

After settling in the offices on Avenida Caseros N° 2351, in the Parque Patricios neighborhood, to position itself in this area of ​​Capital, it becomes the leading Real Estate Agency in the area.

1997

New address

One of the children of the Puebla couple and founders, Architect Oscar Puebla, takes over the direction of the firm, becoming the second generation of the Organization, who renames it Puebla Inmobiliaria.

2002

Incorporation

Alejandra Vecchio, wife of Oscar Puebla, joins the team. And together they continue to run the company to this day.

2007

Growth

Alejandra Vecchio graduates as an auctioneer.

2011

New offices

In September 2011, Puebla Inmobiliaria inaugurated new offices,
in which it currently operates, located at 2520 Rondeau Street; 1st,
office: “101”.

2016

New offices

During this year, we moved to Jujuy 2156, 3rd floor to be able to grow and expand
more in the real estate market.

2023

Incorporation

Nehuen Gabriel Puebla becomes an auctioneer
and starts working at the Khalil Puebla company.
